Romper at the Cove

I don’t have to tell you ladies how awesome rompers are for a million reasons. Oh you don’t know what to wear? Oh you don’t feel like putting together a chic outfit? Put on a romper. You’re done!

The Lazy Vacationer…

I was having one of those days while away in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina recently. Lots of beach, relaxing, and shopping, so I guess I was in a lazy-vacay mood. Romper to the rescue! Oh, and I am apparently obsessed with pockets lately, my latest post: “Anna in Savannah” was also pro-pockets (everywhere).

My husband and I stumbled upon this beautiful Veteran’s Memorial at Shelter Cove Community Park while on our way to do some shopping, I don’t have to be an American to appreciate the sacrifice all of the veterans of the world have made for us. Thank you!

Relax & Romp Around

I’ve had this piece for quite some time now (I’ve linked similar styles at the end of this post) and it has managed to stick around in my crowded condo closet (real estate is tight let me tell you). It’s RACHEL by Rachel Roy. The solid royal blue never goes out of style and looks gorgeous on every skin tone. Oh and it even transitions well into those early September days when it’s still hot (please stay hot forever). It’s basically awesome and we should all go out and buy more rompers, myself included.

It has just occurred to me what the date is today, so this post is actually quite timely (how accidentally perfect). Sending lots of love to my American friends down south, especially today.
